Co-founder, Tech & Operations
Raj leads AI enablement for a unicorn software company. He's formally trained in AI for business transformation from both strategic and engineering perspectives. Raj has built internal tools for teams spanning finance, legal, HR, and execs. He's shipped custom software for business owners, saving them real time and money. At Laveur, Raj leads technology and AI strategy, bringing a unique blend of vision and execution to every client.
Co-founder, Growth & Strategy
TJ has scaled growth at a unicorn e-commerce brand aggregator, a series B e-commerce software startup, and a public shipping giant's internal innovation team. Along the way, he's launched new brands, led products from concept to scale, run a $30MM partner portfolio, and taken strategy from whiteboard to board approval. At Laveur, TJ leads growth and strategy, bringing an operator's eye to every client.

Who we are

We're a bootstrapped agency. We have no investors pushing us to maximize for profit. We don't have a sales team trying to upsell you on some higher tier subscription.

We've shipped operations software, platforms, internal tools, and automations for businesses ranging from independent retail shops to billion dollar tech companies.

We're based in the New York metro area and can meet you in person if it'd help.

What we believe about the work

Outcomes over complexity
Your custom solutions are the output. The architecture, tech stack, the AI… those are tools, not our core pitch. If there's a simpler, cheaper answer, we say so.
Honest about fit
We decline work that doesn't fit. The right clients get our best, and we nurture a compounding relationship. We are not optimizing for the next fiscal quarter.
Real humans, actually reachable
