About us
We build, deploy, and maintain bespoke software solutions for any business.
We're a dedicated team that partners with clients. We deploy tech stacks we know cold. We run lean so we can focus on your solutions.
Who we are
We're a bootstrapped studio… there are no investors pushing us to ship features you didn't ask for. There's no sales team trying to upsell you on some higher tier subscription.
We've shipped operations software, platforms, internal tools, and automations for businesses ranging from independent retail shops to billion dollar tech companies.
We're based in the New York metro area and will meet you in person where it helps. We're remote-first, so we're flexible and can accommodate.
What we believe about the work
Partner, not vendor
We don't just pitch and disappear. Whoever you meet on your intro call will be your go-to person for the entirety of our time working together. We get into the weeds of your business to make recommendations and solutions that hold up over time.
Outcomes over complexity
Your custom solutions are our output. The architecture, tech stack, the AI… those are possible means, not our core pitch. If there's a simpler, cheaper answer, we say so.
Honest about fit
We decline work that doesn't fit. The right clients get our best, and we nurture a compounding relationship. We are not optimizing for the next fiscal quarter.
Real humans, actually reachable
No support tiers. No account managers translating between you and engineering. You talk to the people doing the work, including on-site when it makes sense.

The End of Tokenmaxxing
Meta, Uber, and Shopify all tried unlimited flagship-model access. All three got the same expensive lesson: more tokens isn't more value.

The Messy Middle: Data on AI and Jobs
44% of workers now say AI does more harm than good. 52% don't feel any need to develop new skills because of it. The data on AI and jobs is genuinely mixed, and where you land depends less on the technology and more on what you decide to do about it.

Anyone Can Build Anything
Sure, anyone can build anything now. But the afternoon prototype is the only easy part. Securing it, maintaining it, and fixing the edge cases is the real job, and it competes with everything else on your plate.
