How we price
Scoped to what you need
Every engagement starts with a free consultation about your business and its processes. If the fit feels right, then we'll build a free prototype for you. By the time we send a proposal, you'll already have tested what you're paying for.
No subscription creep
We don't charge per-seat fees for your software solutions. Hosting, third-party services, and any licenses pass through at a cost that enables us to grow with you.
Fixed-scope, fixed-price
Most engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price. When something is genuinely open-ended, we may propose a time-bounded retainer with a hard ceiling, not an open meter.
What engagements tend to look like
We don't publish list prices because the honest answer is “it depends on what you need.” Here is the shape of the conversation.
- FreePhase 1
Discovery + prototype
A focused engagement to scope the real problem and build something tangible to react to. Usually takes 1-2 weeks. Clients start here.
- Flat $Phase 2
Build & deploy
A full build of the agreed scope. Includes deployment and usage. Depends on the project, but typically takes another 1-2 weeks. Client covers initial and ongoing tech expenses.
- After launch
Ongoing support
Monthly retainer for small changes and on-demand support after launch. Scoped to what you actually need: sometimes a few hours a month, sometimes more.
- When you're ready
Progressive building
Have more needs that our initial build didn't cover? Have an idea for an awesome new feature? We'll talk about what a larger build like this would look like and adjust course accordingly.
For builds that become foundational to a new product or business line, we'll sometimes propose a revenue share or equity stake, instead of or alongside a flat fee. Reserved for projects where we're genuinely betting on the outcome with you.

For an independent NYC pharmacy, physical mail carries bills, compliance notices, and government correspondence. At the volume common in New York's pharmacy landscape, important documents were getting buried and flying under the radar.
Mail is now digitized, logged, and queryable in plain language. The same data feeds a forward-looking resource planning tool that automatically maps upcoming financial obligations and informs weekly purchasing decisions.
